📄️ What if my licence expires?
When your licence expires, the plugin will keep working in its current state and environment. This means it will continue to function on the same Moodle instance, with the same version of Moodle and Level Up XP that were in place at the time of expiry.
📄️ Number of websites limitation
Licence packages allow the use of XP on a certain number of websites. A website is defined by the URL at which users access the LMS.
📄️ I lost my licence
To recover your licence, please use our licence recovery tool. The email to be provided is that of the person who made the initial purchase.
📄️ How do I access the plugin?
After a successful purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to download your copy of the plugin. The plugin can then be installed on your site like any other plugin.
📄️ Selective tenant activation
Enable Level Up XP+ for selected tenants when XP is deployed across your infrastructure.
