What happens when my licence expires?

When your licence expires, the plugin will keep working in its current state and environment. This means it will continue to function on the same Moodle instance, with the same version of Moodle and Level Up XP that were in place at the time of expiry.

Upon expiry, the following benefits are lost:

  • Existing plan and pricing
  • Access to the latest version
  • Compatibility with newer versions of Moodle and XP
  • New features and improvements
  • Bug and security fixes
  • Email support
  • Peace of mind

We strongly recommend keeping your plugins up-to-date. Upgrading your Moodle site while running outdated plugins can lead to incompatibilities.

If Level Up XP is upgraded to a new major version without also upgrading XP+, XP+ will be automatically disabled to prevent problems with your site.

Renewing your licence directly supports the ongoing maintenance and development of both XP and XP+. We will contact you as your licence expiry approaches.
